After five years at culinary school and extensive experience in both Michelin-starred and traditional restaurants, Chef Perelli has successfully combined his two passions: cuisine and high-level sports. For the past five years, he has worked with the French national biathlon team, and more recently joined the professional cycling team Decathlon AG2R, where he is now a full-time chef. His journey, enriched by collaboration with a nutritionist, allows him to combine exacting standards, creativity, and healthy cuisine, merging performance with refinement. Today, he also offers a private chef service for a discerning clientele in the most prestigious mountain ski resorts.
